**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled **Software Engineer** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Python and AWS will be crucial as you work alongside a talented team to deliver exceptional products.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

**Must-Have**

- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AWS.

**Nice-to-Have**

- Familiarity with Docker.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.

**Compensation**

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
