**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled **Software Engineer** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software systems. Your expertise in Python and AWS will be crucial as we strive to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

**Must-Have**

- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with AWS.

**Nice-to-Have**

- Familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with Kubernetes.

**Compensation**

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
