**The Role**

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Software Engineer** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. Your expertise in Python and AWS will be crucial as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

**Must-Have**

- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with AWS.

**Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with Docker.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.

**Compensation**

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
