**The Role**

We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models that will power our next-generation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable ML solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and improve ML infrastructure and pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

**Must-Have**

- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AWS.

**Nice-to-Have**

- Familiarity with Docker.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.

**Compensation**

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
